We firmly believe that if we look after our franchisee, our franchisee will look after their staff, who in turn will look after the customer, the customer is our Topdog!
All franchisees and staff go through extensive training. Training takes place at store level and is compulsory, once the store has opened, an Operations Manager will be at the store to ensure that all protocols are being followed, offering a level of support to make sure that the transition is a smooth and that you are equipped with all the tools for success. The assigned Operations Manager will do routine store visits to ensure great product and service are always a priority.
